The hotel had cozy rooms that met my expectations but with uncomfortable beds, and the service was welcoming and professional. The location was great for getting into central London, but the dining experience was disappointing with limited breakfast options. The facilities were basic with some shortcomings.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing, very clean, and new, and the location was just perfect, very close to Oxford. The staff were very helpful and nice. I will definitely be staying there again in the future. However, the only downside was that some parts of the hotel were under repair, and it was a bit cold with no heating control and a cold radiator.
